Karen Cromwell, Director

Karen has been the Director of Visit Allen since its inception. Karen helps to bring positive economic impact to the City of Allen, Texas with her extensive experience in hospitality, convention services and event planning. Karen’s passion is developing, promoting and implementing programs to market Allen as the premier destination of choice for meetings, conventions, leisure tourism, and trade shows.

Kris Hannon, Sales Manager, Association and Corporate Markets

Kris joined Visit Allen with over 20 years of hospitality experience. She enjoys working with clients to develop a deep understanding of their convention and meeting needs. Before joining Visit Allen, she worked her way through the ranks, into operations and ultimately finding her calling for sales. She has worked with companies such as Hilton, Concord Hospitality and Interstate Hotels and Resorts.

Brenda Rausch, Sales Manager, SMERF (Social, Military, Education, Fraternal and Groups) Markets

Brenda joined Visit Allen with 20 years of wide-ranging experience in hospitality. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand the dynamics of their sporting event, conference or retreat. Brenda has held a variety of roles in sales, account management and client services with companies such as Hilton Hotels, IHG, American Airlines, Marriott Hotels and Southwest Airlines.
