The new Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters
Creek Convention Center will deliver a variety of amenities for business
travelers and leisure visitors alike. Designed to reflect Allen’s vibrant urban
environs, the convention center blends rustic design materials and a curated
art collection with state-of-the-art technologies and connectivity.
With 300 spacious guestrooms, the attached hotel will
welcome you and your attendees with a destination bar, outdoor courtyard and
swimming pool, 24-hour pantry, ample parking, free high-speed WiFi and a
fitness center with cardio, weights, yoga and more. Within a two-minute walk,
you’ll find wooded hike & bike trail and the more than 50 upscale dining
and shopping options at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm.

Perhaps most exciting for those who love fine food (and
really, who doesn’t?), the destination restaurant at the property will be

The convention center itself will boast approximately 90,000
square feet of meeting and event space, ranking it among the largest in North
Texas. Created with flexibility in mind, the center will be able to accommodate
virtually any type of meeting you can envision, from small retreats to
conferences of 1,000 attendees.
The convention center team of Managing Director, Stacy
Thaler Martin; Director of Sales and Marketing, Nicole Considine; and Senior
Sales Manager, Pamela Stefanek, stand ready to use their expertise to ensure
your meeting or convention is a success.
Previously the General Manager of The Heldrich, a hotel and
conference center in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Ms. Martin has held leadership
positions with top-tier properties in multiple locations in Florida, Atlanta,
Seattle and Dallas.

Ms. Considine joins the convention center team from the W
Dallas Victory Park Hotel and Residences. Her extensive resume includes sales
and marketing positions at the Fairmont Dallas, and she is a recent recipient
of the Platinum Sales Award from Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
Most recently a Taskforce Sales Executive for Omni Hotels
& Resorts in New Orleans, Ms. Stefanek has served as Area Sales Manager for
WinStar World Casino and Global Account Director for Choice Hotels

The Delta Hotels by
Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center opens January 2019.
It will be located at the corner of Bethany Drive and North Central Expressway
in Allen, Texas, just 20-30 minutes from downtown Dallas, DFW International
Airport and Love Field.
