Championship hockey has been the backbone of the American’s franchise, with the team having captured four consecutive league championships from 2013 through 2016. And now in their 14th season of action, you can catch a live game at Credit Union of Texas Event Center (Previously Allen Event Center) in Allen, which has been home to The Allen Americans Professional Hockey Club (ECHL) for more than 12 years.
Grab a Snack and an Ice-Cold Drink
One of the best reasons to check out a game is to eat game-day food! We’ll take any excuse to snack on oversized hot dogs, giant salty pretzels, and wash it down with an ice-cold beer! The concourse at CUTX Event Center has a variety of concession vendors from pizza to cookies and lots of variety in between! While you’re out there you might even bump into Biscuit the Bulldog roaming around the concourse and the arena making for a great photo opportunity!
